Joanne Packwood, PA/Senior Medical Secretary

Joanne Packwood is a PA / Senior Medical Secretary with the Villar Bajwa Practice. She first started out as a receptionist with a single-handed GP who then went on to form a four-partner practice. She stayed with the surgery for a number of years eventually working her way up through the ranks to become a full-time Practice Manager. Joanne is a very experienced Medical Secretary, having worked both in the NHS and Private sectors for the last 28 years. She is determined to get the job done and meet important deadlines, whilst working under pressure in this extremely busy industry.
